To better gauge a brand’s reputation in their local community, a company hired me to conduct a city-wide survey of their perceived sentiment.
Through an extensive online questionnaire, I was able to deliver a data-driven report of their company standings within their city and how they were perceived. This aided them in building new advertising messaging to address consumer concerns as well as capitalize on some of their competitive advantages.
